The Priscilla R. Tyson Cultural Arts Center (CAC) is central Ohio's premier visual arts center, offering adult art classes, exhibitions, workshops, lectures, tours, special events, gifts and wedding rentals. The CAC is a hub of artistic activity and inspiration in Columbus, with two exhibition spaces for artists and students to display work throughout the year. The Main Gallery at the Priscilla R Tyson Cultural Arts Center (PRTCAC) is one of the finest exhibition spaces in central Ohio, encompassing over 3200 sq. ft. of display space.
The AiR program focuses on three main pillars: NATURE, WELLNESS, and CREATIVITY. Proposed projects by applicants who focus on one or more of these 3 pillars will be considered for funding. Diversity and Inclusion is a core focus of the City of Columbus and the Cultural Arts Center.
